DMP Interview

I interviewed my best friend and my boyfriend on their experiences during COVID-19. I used my best friend's (Eden's) interview as my assignment. She is an Asian-American who has grown up on a US Naval Base in Japan. She has a spontaneous sense of humor, is naturally optimistic, is a soft-spoken introvert but really comes alive when among friends, and she can find the good in any situation.

Interview questions:

  1. Tell me a story about your experience during COVID-19.
  2. How would you describe your personality?
  3. Have you ever taken any personality quizzes, and what were the answers/how did the answer affect your view of yourself?
  4. What is a way that your personality and/or view of yourself changed since the pandemic started?
  5. What has been your primary source of self care since the pandemic started?
  6. In your opinion, is personality something that can change?
  7. What is a way that you “deal when you just can’t deal”?
  8. What do you miss the most that the pandemic took away?
  9. What is something you would not have gained if not for the pandemic?
  10. What are some ways that you have found to connect with others during this time?
